1. Juicy Couture faux shearling denim jacket

5. 3.1 Phillip Lim bralette
6. Acne 'Lisa' dress
7.  Modcloth Rebel Without a Purse backpack
8. Addison wedge Topshop
9. Knitted Fair Isle cardigan

Though I am one to veer towards crazy and unpredictable in my day to day wardrobe (I'm extremely maniacal when it comes to dressing and I can never stick to one specific 'category' or 'style', I like to be free in my clothing choices and explore all different areas of fashion-cause for me that's the fun of it!), I love the idea of basic pieces in neutral & wearable tones that you can mix and match and have limitless outfit options from just a few items. It's such a simple and easy breezy way to look put together and chic, definitely something that comes in handy for days when you're feeling a little lacking in the effort department. Taupe & tan, forest green & white, and of course brown & black- the basic colors most of us have in our wardrobe. Buying pieces in these colors that stand out all on their own and that are comfortable & will last through the changing seasons of trends is the perfect way to fill your closet with staples that can be rearranged and reworn (most likely without notice!) time and time again.
